We have been using Mission Monde at Port Alberni Christian School for the past 4 years. We have students in Grades 4-8 in one class, so the No French, No Problem curriculum was helpful to “catch up” students and have them at similar levels. Next year, I will be having 3 groups running at the same time: Mission Monde 1, 2, and 3. Older, advanced students will help the students in the lower levels by walking them through the steps of each lesson and encouraging conversation in French. This will be a great help to the younger students and also be a way for the older students to put into practice the lessons they have learned!
Thanks for helping me to see things in a dirfefent light.
We’re using MM this year with a fifth grader, and will probably continue next year. I’m not on Facebook, though–is the blog going to be open to non-FB-ers?
This blog will be open to anyone. I am hoping that lots of creative ideas and helpful hints will be shared!
